I contacted OM via Whatsapp to enquire about a necklace I wanted to buy for my daughter's birthday. Heather was very helpful! She sent me photos of what they had left in stock, and reassured me that I would receive it in a few days (I live in Adelaide). I placed the order online, and soon after, Heather contacted me again to let me know she was booking the courier. She sent me a tax invoice right away, and soon after, tracking info. She also asked me to contact her once received...which indicated to me that she cared about me as a customer, even after the sale. I received the necklace the next day, and I was so happy with the product! The quality was obvious as soon as I opened the box. Everything was well packaged, gift wrapped, and even came with a beautiful gift bag! All round impressed! Thank you OM! Thank you, Heather! I'll be back ;)

One particularly intriguing highlight was discovering that The Perth Mint houses the largest piece of gold in the world.The tour also included a captivating segment where the guide demonstrated the process of melting and crafting gold, which added an entertaining element to the visit. It was truly impressive to witness the skills and dangers involved in working with this precious metal.However, I must mention that the tour fee for our group, consisting of three seniors, one adult, and one child, amounted to $94. While the experience was informative and engaging, the price may be a factor to consider, especially if you have other plans or attractions you wish to explore in Perth.Additionally, The Perth Mint features a jewellery shop where you can access without purchasing a ticket. However, as someone who isn't particularly fond of jewelry, I decided to skip this part of the visit. Nonetheless, for those interested in acquiring gold jewelry, this could be a noteworthy stop.All in all, The Perth Mint offers a short yet informative tour that sheds light on the history of gold and its significance in Western Australia. If you have an interest in gold or are looking for an educational experience, it's worth considering a visit. However, if you have budget constraints or aren't particularly drawn to the subject matter, you may want to explore other options in Perth.Take note that the tour timings are 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm.

I've known of Nina's Jewellery for nearly twenty years and I was so delighted to finally have an excuse to have them redesign and remake a very precious ruby and diamond bracelet for me. The staff and jewellers took time to consider various options before presenting me with their suggestion for the renewed design. Once I had given the okay they went ahead and crafted it. I am so thrilled with the result!! I have not taken it off in the 4 months since I received it and its sparkliness catches my eye everyday! Many many thanks to all involved. You're truly masterful at your professions!

A poor experience. Salesman clumsy with my prospective delicate earrings, dropping them more than once & manhandling when shoving them into a box. Visited the store the day before & asked the assistant to put them by till next morning as it was the last pair. She cheerfully agreed & I gave her my name. I returned 1st thing the next day to find them still on display. I would have preferred to have been told that they don't put aside rather than risk driving long distance again to find them having been sold! Very disingenuous.

Our entire experience with Clint and Sam has been a pleasure. When we first went looking for an engagement ring, I wasn't sure what I wanted. After doing a lot of research and spending countless hours on pinterest I had the beginnings of an idea about the cut and setting. I then went into over 10 different jewellers but found myself looking for something that didn't exist.By chance I walked past Nordhoff in Mount Lawley. The beautiful store fit out caught my eye and when I went in I was greeted warmly by Clint. For the first time I found myself in a jeweller that had quality and great customer service. Clint was very patient with me and listened to my ideas. I went back with my fiance and we talked about the design with Clint & Sam. They didn't try to push me into something different and worked with us to design something within our budget. Clint was able to source 3 different ethical diamond options in the cut I wanted prior to us making any commitment. I was able to physically hold these diamonds over my finger to help with visualisation of the final ring. Throughout the design process Clint & Sam's communication with us was great and during the making of the ring they kept in touch with fiance so he was able to pick it up on his own and surprise me.The final product is stunning, fits my finger perfectly and we loved the whole experience.We then went back to Nordhoff for our wedding rings. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our custom designed rings that are millimeter perfectly sized to our fingers. I couldn't recommend Clint and Sam more for their quality of product and customer service. If you are looking for an ethical, local, family owned business this is the one. These are our jewellers for life.

Tamuy and the team at Atelier Diamant were fantastic throughout the design and ring-making process. Tamuy was always responsive to my emails and I found this to be particularly helpful given it was my first time having jewellery custom made. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Atelier Diamant to others or having jewellery made by Atelier Diamant again.
